We've got the answers.

Do I need to be fit?
No. A tandem flight is open to everyone: you just need to take a few steps on take-off and landing. Your pilot handles everything else.
What are the minimum age and weight?
From age 6 with written consent from a parent or legal guardian. Weight is roughly 25 to 110 kg — for anything outside that range, get in touch and we'll find a solution.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Your flight is postponed to another date at no charge. We only take off in good conditions — your safety and your enjoyment come first.
Are the ski lifts / cable car included?
No. On sites reached by cable car or chairlift (Charmey, Leysin, Villars…), the lift ticket is at your own expense. The private transport to the take-off point is, however, included in the flight price.
How much time should I allow on site?
Around 2 hours in total: welcome and briefing, the ride up to take-off, the flight itself, then the way back. Airborne time depends on the flight you choose (10 to 30 min).
Will I get photos and videos of my flight?
Yes — your pilot offers photos and videos taken during the flight, as an optional extra. A great way to keep the memory of your flight.
